After breakfast we set off to go to the lookout at Mirador del Rio. This is a large tourist attraction built by Cesar Manrique and offers great views of the north of the island. We decided not to pay to go in, but took some spectacular views of the area from the car park and coastal path.
When we left Mirador del Rio, we decided to go back to Teguise and El Sabio, for another pizza. Great food and excellent service especially the Volcano Pizza! On the drive back we went back up into the mountains and found the church at Ermita de las Nieves. It is on the top of a mountain and affords great views of the cliffs. We even saw a car that had gone over the edge and ended up very crumpled! We got some spectacular views before heading back to the villa to chill.
