Last day. We packed the night before and loaded the car after breakfast to drive back to the hire car drop off point, stopping on the way to fill up with fuel. we dropped the bag off at check in and wandered into the departure lounge and waited for our flight to be called. When it was called we wandered across the apron to our waiting plane to go back to Bristol. Once we were in the air, the captian came on and said it was 4 degrees in Bristol and thick fog! We had just left Lanzarote at 24 degrees! On approach to Bristol, we were in thick cloud and descending but the Captain had to abort the landing as his systems did not synchronise with the airports systems so we had to go round again. The second approach was still very low clouds and as we saw the ground the wheels touched down and we landed safetly.
