Up early once again to try and get the sunrise, from the Accademia bridge. It was spectacular on this morning. When it was over we wandered back to the hotel for breakfast and then set off for a wander around the city taking photos as we went. We decided that we would take a water bus back to St Marks Square as we were at the Zattere water bus stop and a Number 2 Water Bus would take us all the way down the Grand Canal to San Marco Giardinetti and at €15.00 it was a lot cheaper than a Godola ride (€90 for 30 minutes). On the way to St Marks, we passed under the four bridges that cross the Grand Canal. At the Rialto stop I managed to fluke a selfie in the glass window of the water bus stop. When we arrived at San Marco, we disembarked and walked back to the hotel taking in some of the exotic shops on the way, and finishing with a stunning sunset from the ferry dock by the hotel.
