After studying the map for sometime, we decided that the best place to get a ‘Road Shot’ was on the LZ401 between Muñique and Sóo. We drove up and down the road a couple of times to see the best place to stop at the side of the road and then stopped and took some shots. One taking the shots in the middle of the road and composing the shot, while and the other was standing guard looking out for traffic coming up behind us.
On the way back we came across a windmill (Mollino de Tiagua) which has been restored and converted into an Airbnb.
We then took a scenic route back to the villa via Teguise, Haria and a long, winding road down from the mountains through Tabayesco back onto the LZ1 and home.
