Sunday 6th February 2016.
We booked another coach tour with Reykjavik Excursions, this was called the Golden Circle Tour. The coach left early and we travelled to the first stop, a large greenhouse growing tomatoes and cucumbers. We then went on to visit Gullfoss a very large waterfall and then to Geysir to see the Strokkur geyser erupting. We ended the trip visiting the Þingvellir (pronounced Thingvellir) national park. As we travelled back to the hotel, it was announced that the Aurora Tour was on that evening. We were in two minds as we were flying out the next morning but we decided to go.
