Friday 4th February 2016.
This was a short break to see whether it would be viable to take part in an Icelandic photography workshop in September. We stayed in Reykjavik in the Centre Hotels Plaza. The first day was mainly travelling from Bristol to Keflavik International airport and getting the Reykjavik Excursions Fly bus back to the hotel. The weather was cold and damp and very snowy. We ventured out in the evening to get a meal and ended up by the harbour where there are a couple of fish and chip shops. Not exiting but superb fish and chips. We booked an Aurora tour with Reykjavik Excursions but it was cancelled due to the weather. However we did find the Aurora centre and had a wander around there before heading back to the hotel.
